Rang up shortly after opening, the staff agreed to hold the car for me until 12pm without needing to put down a deposit. Turned up and the vehicle was presented lovely and in just as good of a condition as advertised. The staff were friendly and informative, without being pushy in anyway. Within 30 minutes, we’d sorted the sale, tax and insurance and I was off and away driving my new car. Would definitely recommend Grashion Automotive Solutions.

Went to look at the car no pressure. Left then rung back to test drive the car and decided to buy it car was ready to go and was all completed within the hour Great to have a no pressure easy deal. Recommend this garage to anyone.

Excellent garage. Quality cars Anthony is very polite and professional. We don't normally venture out of North Yorkshire to view cars never mind buy them but this garage is a hidden gem. Missed out on a Kia ceed locally then grashion had a silver one for sale. Came over viewed and drove it away the same day. Faultless 5* have added the garage to my list of sources for future reference Thank you

We looked at some cars that we was interested in online before going to Grashion, when we got there we was greeted by Tony, a lovely bloke who isn’t pushy into buying a car he asked us what we was looking for and told him we wanted a bigger car he gave us time to look around the forecourt and told us we can look inside as we wanted a bigger boot for the children’s pushchairs. When we found a car we liked he let us test drive the car to see if we could find any problems when we drove it ourselves. We decided on the car as we loved how clean and spacious it was, he explained everything in detail about the car and looked at all the paperwork before agreeing to purchase the car. We also traded our car in which was easy he gave us a price instantly. We then went to pick our new car up couple of days later and was greeted by Clarke, another lovely man who is happy to help. Both men were very helpful and would definitely recommend buying and selling a car with these guys. 10/10 for service and quality.

I purchased my car a few days ago, and I had a great experience. Antony was very respectful, always smiling, and ready to answer all my questions. I can't comment much on the cars themselves, but they do have a selection of very clean, mint condition vehicles. I feel very lucky to have bought my car from them, and I highly recommend this dealership.

Upon arrival we were offered a choice of browsing alone or to have help, so we were off to a good start, we looked around and found what we liked the doors were open so we could look inside and we choose a car we wanted, went to the office and we're greeted politely, asked us if we had seen anything, no pressure. We were pleased to buy a car we loved the details were all on the car, so we didn't need much help, we picked up a few days later as we decided and we're happy with our purchase. Professional polite, not pushy and found it to be a pleasant experience probably because it's not a franchise and your dealing with a family business. Excellent in my opinion.

I cannot fault Grashion Anthony and Chris are lovely to deal with, not pushy like some salesmen. The cars are all in fantastic condition with low mileage!! I bought my fiesta from them about 4 months ago. My husband as since been back only yesterday and bought a second car a seat ibiza. Anyone wanting to buy a car go see for yourself you will not be disappointed! We highly recommend Grashion!

What a great pair of guys (I know there’s more but I only met 2) Went this morning 26th March at approximately 11:45 am to view the car I was interested in, paperwork sorted within 15 minutes, drove home with hubby in courtesy car, transferred my insurance, got taxi back to pick up my new car and drove her home, one very happy customer, highly recommended and will be my first choice when I upgrade in the future, thanks again

Bought a car online from them, they sent me a video and described it. Car was valeted and exactly as described, Tony was very helpful when we got there, ensuring the handover process went well.
Dealt with Clark on the phone and was very straightforward and honest with no ambiguity like some dealers.
Would definitely recommend and was well worth the 5 hour round trip.

Enquired through autotrader, excellent communication and service from Anthony, smooth and friendly service for handover and p/x, came around 200 miles to collect, car was valeted and presented immaculately. Really pleased and would definitely recommend and use again.
