Good car... After sales a let down.Got a good car off the dealer, bought a Vauxhall Insignia, no pressure when it came to sales got a long test drive and fair price. Just disappointed with a few things that weren't carried out... MOT certificate not sent to my address, neither was second key for the car. Also service light came back on after 2000 miles... When it had only just been serviced. Over all good car... Sub standard after service 3/5 just. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our Reply...Thank you for doing a customer review for your used car purchase. We welcome feedback from customer good and bad and im sorry you feel the aftersales did not meet your expectations. We always supply an MOT certificate with each used car we sell and im sorry if yours was not present when we delivered the car to you, although having this document is not mandatory anymore. I am happy to get reprint of it for you if you would like one (the car needs a new MOT on the 29th March 2016). All this information is now stored online as is the Insurance status for any customer. We always try to buy used vehicles with two keys, sometimes though we get let down by the seller, even though we have been made a promise. I know this is no consolation for yourself, I can however give you a phone number for a company that can come to your house and supply a mechanical or remote key for far less than going to a Vauxhall Dealer. Finally, my experience with Vauxhall is that the “Service Now” light is not always about the car being ready for a service, something may need looking at on your car, it acts as an engine management light, im sure your local garage will be able to reset this for you… In closing I would like to thank you for bringing these things to our attention so we can look to improve the levels of service we offer..

Audi A3I recently bought an Audi A3 through Grashion Automotive and I must say that they have been great to deal with. Due to an error on my part, there was some paperwork still to sort out after the purchase and they were patient and very helpful. I would buy from them again. The only reason for not givig 5 stars is that I was led to believe there was a documented full service history and when I arrived at the garage after driving 40 miles, the book was nowhere to be found. We got around this and the car has driven well since my purchase.

Great customer service!We purchased a Mini Cooper from the guys at Grashion. We travelled a long way to view the vehicle and buy it. We test drove the car and decided it was the car we wanted. There was no pressure to commit and the guys answered any questions or queries we had honestly. Unfortunately when we set off to drive the car home it went in to limp mode. I was gutted. Anyway, we took the car back and were given the option to walk away from the purchase with no issue or give the guys the opportunity to fix what they suspected was a minor issue. I am so pleased that we went for the latter as my fab car was delivered to me by Tony a few days later, not only was the car fixed but a couple of other niggly little things had been sorted too and I was given a huge bunch of beautiful flowers and a box of chocolates! I would absolutely recommend them again, the whole buying experience was better than I have experienced from larger outlets, these guys care about their customers and that's probably why people do go back to them.
